So I get a lot of phone calls wanting to know what our Bullies are; XL , XXL, etc. Â We go by ABKC Standards when telling you what our Bullies’ sizes are, since this is where you will mainly be showing your Bully if you do decide to show. Weight is not a fact in the standard, only height and build of the American Bully. I think any style of bully can be amazing if put together correctly. Â So here it is broken down:
- Pocket – Males – Under 17″ , Females – Under 16″
- Standard & Classics – Males – 17″ – 20″ , Females 16″- 19″
- Extreme – Males – 17″-20″ , Females 16″- 19″
- XL Bully – Males – 20″-23″ , Females 19″- 22″
Please remember measurements are taken at the withers (between the shoulder blades of the bully) with a wicket to determine height. For more info on showing standards and a list of shows checkout The ABKC.
